LETORT Sebastien requested to merge communication into master

2 more articles to provide link for communication material (=public presentation).

Note: As a test in the validation process, I set the status of the article 'cargo-2019-plenary' to 'draft', so that in publication (set a new branch draft ? -> publish for this branch too) the article are hidden in a 'draft' repository.
So before the final true validation, you have to remove the status metadata or set it to published (cf https://docs.getpelican.com/en/stable/content.html)
