Resolve "automatiser la génération d'un état (stats)"

Closes #1 (closed) Scripts to generate weekly stats and display them as a blog article.
With its documentation.

We have to launch lweek_metrics.sh every week.
To test the branch I recommend to create a "fake_master" branch and set its name as BLOG_MASTER value in the main script.
Then clone locally the branch, launch the server, build the html page, check.
