Rework post-treatments

Théotime Grohens requested to merge tgrohens/aevol:option-post-treatment into aevol_6

This merge request reorganizes the post-treatments section of the source tree.

  • Active (ie, compiled) post-treatment source files are renamed to match the naming convention of the other aevol executable source files.
  • Stale (not currently compiled) post-treatments are stored in an old folder for clarity.
  • Finally, source files that are shared between several post-treatments are moved to a new libaevol_post folder and built as a library.
