Loopover during compute_protein skips first DNA base
When a protein crosses the DNA loopover, the first base of DNA is ignored and translation continues at base index 1. This seems to happen at least when codons are aligned at the end of DNA (DNA_length % 3 = 0), and other situations seem to lead to other still-unknown behaviour (when DNA_length % 3 != 0).

Aevol indicates that the only generated protein stops at base index 3, instead of generating no protein.
Likewise, the following DNA : 0010000111111101010110011100100101100110111111000011011101111101
Does not generate any protein while it should (most likely because 1st base is ignored).
