New conda recipe

Created a conda recipe in order to build a conda package for morphonet.

For now the build number is only 0 (no git describe tag from which to pull).

New compile_conda job to build the package in .gitlab-ci.yaml. anaconda upload (upload package to a channel) is not implemented
