BELCOUR Arnaud requested to merge multiprocessing_orthology_draft into master

-Add multiprocessing for check, orthology and draft.

-New command line (example: aucome check --run. ..): check, reconstruction, orthology, draft and workflow

-Use Orthologues instead of Orthogroups (but Orthogroups can be used with an option)

-Add log folder for mpwt

-Remove global variable

-Packaging the repository
