Add Tracker interface to python/gdb and tests

Add Tracker() object available from easytracker_gdb/easytracker_python and associated tests. Also:

• Had to update the mypy script in order to better find packages and allow duplicate test name in different directories
• Had to set zip-safe = false in distro for mypy search to work correctly
