Input box and input file

If box is an input box, we don't take any command because when a password is ask we can close the box accidentally. Rename file default.in in input.txt because all level have not the same rule. Change the way we use these files by sending a first continue to gdb before reading. With these file we can see what player does and it's easier to debug
