CI: Add a test to validate the build of the EZtrace module

Docker image should be updated to integrate the last revision of EZTrace, and one build with the EZtrace modules should be done to make sure they compile.

To check with the GPUs, maybe it should be the guix version on plafrim end not the docker one ?
