Reintroduce : "Disable commit timestamp check on commit in map store"

6e814b48 was reverted because it provoked a bug in YCSB, but needs to be reintroduced with the bug fixed because it contained important modification.

Since this commit actually introduces another change (it adds a performance test for local profiling), it will be reintroduces in two parts.
