Refactoring of metadata management

Current metadata format is clearly over-fitted for genes and transcripts, with the interconnection between the former and latest adding a lot of complexity to Vizitig as well as preventing the ingestion of other types of metadata.

A renaming of Vizitig features may be necessary as well.
