Update: doxpart parsing

documentation dox-part parsing with CMake script cannot parse correctly non-symmetric sets of square brackets (e.g. ]-1, 1]) in for loop.

This can be fixed by replacing brackets by some tags, and then replacing the tags back into the brackets
