Add scenario configuration

Add scenario configuration tab on the right of the Designer window.

The possible parameters for these config parameters should be the same as the ones available in the boxes.

These parameters are available with '$var{paramName}', in any box param field.

The following scenario can be used as test: scenario-config.xml

It will log in a Info message each time a stimulation is received. It has a config parameter defining the time interval between each stimulation.
