Testing the proxyApp on Grid5000 for HIP device

DoD

• The proxyApp is built and run on Grid5000 with ENABLE_HIP=ON (for the options USE_KOKKOS and USE_RAJA)
• Results are consistent regarding those obtained on a machine with CUDA GPU device
• The config file (config__.cmake) is added in the Git repository
