Allow use of hyperparameters in run_name_format

The new documentation for training suggests some ideas for run name formatting based on the values of different hyperparameters (e.g. learning rate and batch size).

This could be done automatically in the format string passed to run_name_format in the config file. We just have to expand the set of format variables that can be used.
