Allow to select a custom Kubespray version

Needs, update conf.yaml management

add kubespray_source root attribute containing the address of the Kubespray source (git repo)
- kubespray_repo_url
- kubespray_branch
replace vars by kubespray_vars (containing actual kubespray parameters)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
