Remove custom kubespray variables in enos-kubernetes

Currently we have DEFAULT_K_VARS with values that only work with G5K.

Once documentation (#6) is done, we can move these variables to the doc examples, and rely only on the default variables defined in kubespray itself.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
