The relations inferred by the two ASP programs are the same for community scope, individual scope, and exchanges, except that v3 scope does not include seeds; and concordant for polyopsonies, once exchanges to singular taxa are excluded. The metrics are different, as described in MR !67, because we changed the definitions to match the manuscript. All four metrics in v2 overestimate the values computed in v3.
