bug when combining gemoc simulation and abs2abs

There is a bug in the handling of the global scope in abs2abs, that causes it to catch abs files generated by the gemoc simulator in folder gemoc-gen. It leads to duplicated AssetGroups and may cause a stack overflow error during abs2gal.
