AssetTypeFeatures in AssertTypesAspects with the same names conflict

Two features in the same DefinitionGroup but in two different AssetTypeAspect have the same qualifiedName, which causes conflicts on serialization of ABSReport. The bugs may come from AssertTypesAspects having no name.
