Thymio in Playground: add support for dark mode

Currently, Thymio in playground is simulated in a "day" mode, with a light ambient colour. It could be interesting to simulate it in a "night" mode, with a dark ambient colour, but shiny Thymio. That could allow examples such as simulated "light painting" to better match the reality.
