[studio] Hidden native functions are improperly managed

Two issues are affecting the hidden native functions in studio, probably with the same root cause:

• Hidden native functions cannot be dragged and dropped from the list to the editor
• Hidden native functions do not play well with the autocompleter. They do appear in the autocomleter list, but they cannot be selected
