Add a E2Clab environment variables

Add environment variables that will ease the use of E2Clab. Like

E2C_EXP_DIR: that points to the lastest experiment directory
E2C_EXP_RES_DIR: that points to the latest experiment result directory
E2C_SERV_DIR: that points to a path where you could store all your e2clab services
etc

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
