Unfinished work to retrieve manual proofs.
(minor) added a use case for stack_trace

no empty dir will be created with a name having an extension, eg

  why3 ide file.mlw

will now signal an error if file.mlw does not exist

side effect: Open_Session request is disabled, will see if we want it later

Premises, goals and neg_premises of the task can now be shown directly on
the source code.
Notification Task was extended with a list of couple location, color.

They are always printed with new message Parse_Or_Type_Error.
File_contents and Get_file added where missing.
