This allows why3doc to generate anchors for operator definitions,
including "(*)".

That way, unrecognized versions of Alt-Ergo (e.g. 2.0) are no longer
associated to obsolete versions, by default.

It is needed for compiling the Coq tactic Why3.vo file when native
compilation is disabled.

This commit also avoid a potential race condition when Why3.vo was
compiled with both the native and bytecode compilers.

The old function get_new_results is now named fetch_new_results, since it
was not returning anything.

When cloning a module using another module with a nullary symbol with some
regions, these regions were no longer available to clone the declarations
that were using them.

While these spaces make the driver file looks nicer, they also make the
generated files unreadable.

Added support for new datatype package and records

Also added diagnostic functions for displaying timing information
and unrealized axioms
