Remove CanBusDoubleFTSensor device

The canBusDoubleFTSensor device was a fork of the canBusAnalogSensor that I did back in time to test an experimental ankle with two FT sensors. As that experimental setup was actually never adopted in the icub, and a similar software is actually using for interfacing with the sandals is available in https://github.com/robotology-playground/forcetorque-yarp-devices/tree/master/ftShoe , I think it is safe to delete this devices from the repo.
