index.html, js/conf.js.sample, js/main.js: display a static warning message when 'config.alert' is defined

See #2348.

We don't force using HTTP or HTTPS. Its the current webpage that will
determined whether we'll use one or another.

We launch speed tests with speedTest().

`test_speed.html` and `dataTest.js` are removed, we rather use working data from `test/QUnit/testFiles/data_test`.

Main server is now under the db.vidjil.org while app.vidjil.org
has just the frontend which can redirect anywhere.

As we don't provide those Vidjil files (maybe we should?), comment the
corresponding configuration as it will (nicely) fail to load the files.

Just provide the syntax for information, but the default proxy is fine.
Moreover we update the URL to a one which is currently working.
