We can land on this page from the outside.

graph.js : add a display limit to keep graph clear ( selected/focus clones continue to be highlighted )

scatterplot.js : (debug) compute clone position even for unactivated germline (avoid firework effect)

- use correct germline color
- use correct axis position and update it if neccessary
- hide clones from unactivated germline

Caused a minor memory leak. Corrected.

Makes the compiler happy too.

This, together with commits d0ccbacd 4c5a51d8 and 61c5c497, solves all
compilation warnings except the ones coming from an unused parameter (which
can make sense).

That solves signed/unsigned compilation warnings.
This had no effect in practice but that makes the compiler happy.

That solves ``deleting object of polymorphic class type * which has
non-virtual destructor'' GCC warnings.

Now fuse.py is not released with the .tgz.

We should perhaps distribute fuse.py within the .tar.gz.

-use better redirection for edit_patient (redirect to previous page instead of patient info)
-use better redirection for schedule_task (reload page instead of patient info)
