Depending on where the mouse stayed we may (or may not) see the color.
Thus we move the mouse elsewhere so that it won't disturb the hover
state of the element of interest.

It is set through project configuration but we may want to deactivate it for specific jobs

If we had an environment variable it was removed. However
we may want to specify the value using an environment variable
(see previous commit for #3765)
