If there a '-g' option, we do not have to open default '-V'/'-D'/'-J' files.

This option is now undocumented, its use will change in a future release.

It is actually the group id.

These programs are not used anymore (and mostly do not compile...)

.travis.yml/Makefile: better 'make unit_coveralls' rule to upload to coveralls.io, runs tests only once

Note that only the results of unit tests are uploaded, and not the results of should_get tests.
