The instructions should be in the documentation rather than the Makefile. The
commands depend very much on the server architecture it is therefore poorly
portable to have such instructions in the Makefile.

Revert 717eea9e. Actually this produced more warnings for all gcc versions
than we had for some versions of clang.

Label sorting was happening after label positions being calculated,
hence the labels were not changing order, since the order within the
*Axis class was irrelevant as the calculated position was used for
displaying labels.

Sorting labels before positionning them fixes this issue

With the newer JSON library the launched exception seems to be different.
However the current error (“cannot properly read”) is more meaningful than the
previous one (“cannot open .g file”). Therefore we prefer this new error
message and we don't change the exception catching in germline.cpp.
