Modification: Added a modification to the comparison function, for the comparison of characters '-' or '/'

builder.js : remove normalization menu and add normalization/notation checkbox to display menu instead

This reverts commit 11d18edcf34a0d0d91a54ed5eda88277537b87af.

- remove custom runner (deprecated) use miniTest::spec and after_run instead
- instal gem minitest 5.3.1 and minitest-ci 3.0.3 to use it
- generate Xunit report

- rectangular selector was able to detect clones but not sequences

- button added to list_menu

This test is a real recombination and should be properly segmented

No reason to have separate (hard-coded) constants for delta_max. Now we just have one.

Put tests specific to segmentation in testSegment()

Several features added (from CRAC's should-to-tap):
- Can ignore any amount of whitespaces
- Can require to match exactly a pattern (no regex: special characters are protected)

- Drag and drop possible to bring back undisplayed time/point inside

- possibilty to put away a point by drag and drop over label "others"
- TODO a menu to take them back
