We want to avoid confusion with the 's13' parameter in germlines.data

algo/tst/shouldget/trb+- : add a should-vdj test for trb+ sequence found in Necker; rm old corresponding should-get test & seq

This allows us to further test if the sequence has been deleted and
avoids double free in case the FASTQ file is malformed.
Test added

On our test server, an independent instance was not able to work using POST
and we had to put GET. It should be more widely accepted than POST.

models/analysis_file.py: more generic version of get_analysis_from_patient where optional parameters can be given

It seems than now only one test suite can be reported for coverage (and further displayed on coveralls.io).

Depending on the browser, the 'sortByTop' test can thus sort 'TRG smaller clones' and 'IGH smaller clones' in either way.

Note that the meaningfullness of these axis is discuted, especially in the case of constant read length.

This was not really meaningful when displaying several locus on the grid,
and less functional than the 'germline' box in the info panel

Needed to back up reports as ci_reporter remove the reports before launching a new file…

The corresponding span can be selected more easily depending on their locus.

The analysis is related to the 2nd .vidjil example, not the first one.
No trailing comma on the last item.

browser_tests is used to put in place all the necessary environment while
test_multilocus is a particular test on a particular file.
