Useful to get information that is only contained in the fused file (eg. reads-distribution). We may want to get all information from the fused file. Or, at least, to use more JSON that regex as JSON is less susceptible to changes in whitespaces than regex

The number of columns may be lower than expected (particularly when debugging with messages containing line returns). The debug message must still be displayed without errors. Even if the format is expected to be Vidjil's we check if we have an expected number of fields.
