Hey, could windows labels (-l) be used for another thing ?

There should be a generic way to have warnings for some clones.

There should be a more flexible way to encode float formats.

The displayed coverage is the average of actual coverages.
(As the representative is computed only on samples above the -y limit,
some samples may not have any coverage.)

web2py has several global variables.

This test is to ensure that the sequences are UNSEG. The locus should not be tested here.

The test for pseudo-germline MAX12 is useless since we have the e-value.

When the sequence is not segmented, the total number of k-mers is used.

Previously, many TOO_FEW_ZERO situations were reported as TOO_FEW_V.

Fix 6ceffe02. We forgot to re-compute the total e-value.

We thus get evalues.

The script allows to retrieve downstream or upstream sequences of some genes whose name (or regex)
are provided. This allows to match more easily DH-JH sequences for instance, DD2-DD3 or also
J genes that are quite short.

In some configs we don't have the trailing slash at the end of germline.
But we ensure we have a space before germline (not to match too many things).
Are we sure that we necessarily have a space before?
