modified the patient/custom page to allow comparison results for one patient. The page can now list the results history when viewing for a single patient

added instruction to initialize database and first user. fixed some mistakes and added some symlinks I believe are needed

One may give a -X option greater than the number of input sequences,
as in should-vdj-to-tap.py (7305d28a). This now works.

vidjil.cpp, core/fasta, core/windowExtractor: -x/-X options work everywhere, especially with '-c segment'

The handling of these options was moved from WindowExtractor to OnlineFasta.

When using 'only_nth_sequence', we must call hasNextData().
