License is non-free and does not pass OSD
StopCovid Submission Server is not open source following the Open Source Initiative definition. More precisely, the OSD requires :
- Free Redistribution
Not ok. That is not the case at this time, redistribution is highly limited.
- Source Code
Not ok. This must be unlimited access.
- Derived Works or integrity with patch files
Not ok. Either are forbidden by the license.
- No Discrimination Against Fields of Endeavor
Not ok. At this time, the purpose of the program is limited by the license
- License Must Be Technology-Neutral
Not ok. At this time, Gitlab is described as the only way to do reports.
