Trying to use Fabulous version 1.0 with MaPHyS. In this version a Fortran interface (fabulous_mod.mod) can be used. Add the option to get this module path in FindFABULOUS.

Also add some flags to pass the fabulous_check_function_exists(FABULOUS fabulous_create) test during installation for both static and shared libraries.
