Issue18/lapacke solver

This merge request fixes #18 (closed) by protecting the sequential calls to LAPACKE. Those calls should eventually be replaced by codelets, but this requires to create the data handlers for the temporary buffers. This problem is updated in issue18 to be fixed later.
