GETRF_NOPIV: Rename testings and associated files into _nopiv version

  • Rename the testings to match the name of the function
  • Use the new plgtr function to initialize the A matrix with dominant diagonal
  • Add flush calls to the getrf_nopiv function to avoid memory overflow in distributed.
