    improve user's doc style
    add some explanation about the code structure in the main doxygen
    fix coverage in analysis sonarqube
    add a release job to automatize release publication
    change the cdash server to my.cdash.org which is more recent and reactive than cdash.inria.fr
    fix the version number, dates and authors in headers to prepare the release 0.9.2

    - use (starpu_cpu_func_t) 1 trick, same as cuda_func
    - cpu funtions are not defined anymore avoiding the dependency to coreblas
    - add #if !defined(CHAMELEON_SIMULATION) where it is needed
    - remove dependency to the coreblas library (become useless)
    - remove useless simucblas, simulapacke libraries
    - remove CHAMELEON_SIMULATION_MAGMA cmake variable and definition
      - keep using CHAMELEON_USE_CUDA and CHAMELEON_USE_MAGMA to consider CUDA kernels
      - this avoid to introduce useless new variables
    - work on messages

Add CHAMELEON_SIMULATION_MAGMA option to select whether to enable magma kernels or not in simulation mode

change the name of the option CHAMELEON_USE_FXT in CHAMELEON_ENABLE_TRACING, there will be other way than fxt to trace the application

test external definitions to avoid duplicates: remove cmake_modules directory and set cmake_modules as an external project via svn propedit svn:externals .

add cmake_modules in the project - this is a copy of morse_distrib directory - for dev in Finds --> use the centralized version in trunk/morse_distrib/ of the MORSE inria forge repository and set cmake var MORSE_DISTRIB_DIR

remove cmake_modules, they are located in trunk/morse_distrib and we have to give the path to it to configure with MORSE_DISTRIB_DIR, ex: MORSE_DISTRIB_DIR=~/morse/trunk/morse_distrib - this to avoid duplication of these cmake modules between projects (chameleon, pastix, maphys, scallfmm) - for releases the directory should be copied in the root of the project, ex: ~/chameleon-1.0/cmake_modules/

change copyright - correct whitespace - place cmake module depending on chameleon in cmake_modules and no more in cmake_modules/morse
