Implemented UniformGrid/Lagrange interpolation and factorized interpolation specific elements such as the MatrixKernel, Tensor and Mapping classes + Added required tests.

Now the dox sources are in scalfmm/Doc/Site_dox/, the images needed are in scalfmm/Doc/Image_dox/ You may need to update the doxyfile.in by running doxygen -g ./Doc/Doxyfile.in. Let me know if it works

In Src/Utils/Site_dox/ you can find different files containing all the information that was given by Site and Wiki. Simply make doc, and open Build/Doc/html/index.html with a browser to see it. I will update the online doc after your advices. The Contributor section of FContact.dox is empty, because I didn't have the names neither the adresse of the contributors

MpiBuffer works fine, a test file using MPI and Rotation kernel has been created in Tests/Utils, FBufferWriter/Reader is no longer used in testFmmAlgorithmProc
