Uniform Cube, Ellipsoid and Plummer can be generated (default is Uniform
Cube).

Add define to use file or not in testBlockedMpiChebyshev.cpp testBlockedMpiUniform.cpp and testFmmAlgorithmThreadProc.cpp

uniform kernel.

Those fixes are needed when FTic does not rely on OpenMP timer.

Major modification! Defined rigoreous target-source convention: p(x)=sum_y K(x,y)w(y) with x=target and y=source. Direct computation is done by calling MutualParticles(Target params,Source params) or P2P(Target, Source); Kernel matrices evaluation is done by calling evaluate(x=target,y=source) which returns k(x,y)=k(x-y).

FBox is a class that represents a N dimensions interval. To do so, it
keeps the maximum and minimum corners of the interval.

This class provides conversion from position to zcurve index. The position
may be relative to a center point or given as a boolean value tuple.
