Add periodic boundary conditions in Exemples ; Check periodic boundary conditions. ../Tests/Kernels/testSphericalDlpolyAlgorithm.cpp

Including:
 - missing data sharing attributes in some pragmas
 - workaround clang's inability to properly capture static const class members
 - enforce a const_iterator when calling erase

Clang seems to be confused by the lambda parameters: it tries to capture it and emit code for it whereas it shouldn't, resulting in an internal error.

Now we use scaoed enum for OPENMP priorities ; Rename typed particles (source, target) rather than FParticleSource

Change WARNING in STATUS (debug)
Remove value 0, 1 to FParticleType enum
