Put again the warning flags in the compilation (but only for Gcc because not sure they are the same with intel) please do not remove-comment the flags if you face problems with them.

use find_package(CUDA) to use CUDA with StarPU - I get a compilation pb with nvcc which does not recognize -std=c++11 option (either with Berenger hand-made method or using the cmake FindCUDA)

sorry but in cmakelist at line 144 if CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE is empty in string replace if fire an assert

Change in CMakList in order to try to compile checkAVXpe with avx flags (was working with gcc >= 4.9, but not with gcc 4.8.*)
