Fix build clang

Including:
 - missing data sharing attributes in some pragmas
 - workaround clang's inability to properly capture static const class members
 - enforce a const_iterator when calling erase

Clang seems to be confused by the lambda parameters: it tries to capture it and emit code for it whereas it shouldn't, resulting in an internal error.

Clang's default value for maximum template depth is 256, which is not enough for ScalFMM.
Set a default compiler option to GCC's default value.
