train: added labels=label_list in precision_recall_fscore_support, in attempt to correct error 'ValueError: setting an array element with a sequence.'

corrected [x,y,z] order in train and target_generation. Makes more sense for user now. Still in 'wrong' order in segment, but has no incidence on user. Also finished comments in deepfind.py
