Cannot run

I seem to be having the same experience this user had. But since this issue is closed and there wasn't any resolution recorded there, I suppose the protocol is to open a new one. (Sorry if I'm mistaken here.)

I am on Windows 10, using Docker Desktop. I run my commands through Git Bash. First I tried the "Install" instructions. Then I started over and tried the "Deploy" instructions. (I was a little surprised to see the differences; I'm still not clear why they are different.) Neither worked. Opening on localhost:8080 says "This site can't be reached," etc.

I'm not highly knowledgeable of programming. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. :)
