Cleaning and computed functions improvments

• Adding the loading of computed functions in a .java file
• Cleaning some dirty code
• Adding some javadoc
• Really throws exceptions to facilitate the correction of bugs
• Adding a plugin maven to automatically compile the DLGP2Parser.jj file
