Fixes a regression introduced in 6dd9961a.

Note. I have a gnutls_handshake() failure on my machine:

fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/muxas/rect_maxvol/': gnutls_handshake() failed: An illegal parameter has been received.

Guix commit e3d67b71cb0ccd5ad5563ebaffe6adc6c96c0c7c changes 'qtbase' to
point to 'qtbase-6'.  To allow for backward compatibility with Guix
1.3.0, use 'specification->package' to explicitly refer to qtbase@5 (we
cannot refer to the 'qtbase-5' variable since it didn't exist back
then).

The Curta cluster uses an outdated version of Open MPI and based on
their official documentation and our own experience, it is better to
use the same version of Open MPI for building our Singularity images
to be run on Curta.

Current version on Curta: Open MPI 3.1.3

'apache-arrow', a direct dependency of 'r-arrow', has been updated
to version 3.0.0. As the version of 'r-arrow' must match the version
of 'apache-arrow', the build of 'r-arrow' was failing.

Regression introduced in 45cd7aeb.
